Dive in with me; immerse yourself into making intuitive art that allows you to speak from within. Or use this new technique to get into a steady meditation practice that suits YOU! You don’t have to be a practicing artist or professional meditator to benefit from this experience. No art skills required there is something for every person and skill level.
You provide your own pen and paper and you set the mood! Put on some meditation music and get comfortable.Bring a candle or incense to help you be present in your personal space, also have a few sheets of paper, and pens or markers –something permanent and non-erasable – Every line you make is perfect, and there’s no such thing as mistakes in this space! We will begin with an illuminated guided meditation, spend some time practicing and then I will log off – you’re welcome to stay creating as long as possible!!
